What can be shipped?
- All of our products are shippable.
When do you ship?
- Locally stocked products are shipped within 5 business days as standard.
- Imported parts are shipped in 4-8 weeks.
- Production parts are shipped in 4-6 weeks.
Where do you ship to?
- Nationwide, Australia only.
How do you ship?
- Orders are dispatched via Australia Post, where possible
Rates to Ship?
- Free delivery on orders over $149.00 (unless the item is classed as DG)
- Standard orders below this value are $17.50 plus gst.
- Items classed as DG (Dangerous Goods) are calculated at checkout as these cannot be posted and will incur Courier surcharges. Minimum cost is $77.00 plus gst.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
- An email notification with tracking number and link is sent at time of dispatch along with the tax invoice.
Pickup option?
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not attend premises until this email is received. Collection can be made from Roller Door 1 / 65 Redwood Drive, Dingley VIC 3172
