Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund & returned policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and must be in the original packaging.

We will not accept returns due to change of mind.

What can be returned?
Products can be returned for a refund or exchange if the item does not function as it should and is believed to have a major problem.

When do items need to be returned?
Items would need to be returned within 14 Days of purchase.

How do customers return items & where do items need to be returned?
Please email the office to arrange the return and to explain the issue with the part.  (Warranty claim/replacement required etc). 

You will then receive a Return Authority number to allocate against the return and we will supply you with the address to return to.

Shipping for returns?
The customer is to pay for the return of the parts to us for investigation.  If the claim is found to be valid, we will arrange a refund or replacement part and cover the freight.

Credit for returns?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
